The Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc. is committed to maintaining transparency and complying with Florida’s procurement requirements.
In accordance with Sections 120.57(3) and 287.057(3), Florida Statutes, and Rule 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the Coalition is providing public notice of its intent to procure the contractual services described below through a single-source acquisition.
This notice will remain publicly posted for a minimum of 15 business days. During this posting period, prospective vendors who believe they can provide the described commodities or contractual services are encouraged to submit information demonstrating their ability to meet the Coalition’s requirements. All information received during the posting period will be reviewed before a final determination is made.
