Through this partnership, your center now has fee-free access to Tandem, a staffing platform that connects you with vetted, state-compliant substitute teachers who can fill planned and last-minute staffing gaps. You pay only the substitute’s hourly wage — Tandem’s service fee is fully covered by ELC Pasco-Hernando. What This Partnership Provides: • ✓ A dedicated substitute pool serving Pasco & Hernando County with full fee coverage (providers pay only worker wages) • ✓ On-demand coverage for call-outs, vacations, breaks, and staffing gaps • ✓ Quarterly workforce & staffing best-practice training sessions • ✓ Unlimited professional development access through Show and Tell Me More for your team • ✓ Permanent hiring pathway after 120 onsite hours |
