Coaching Software Services- RFP #001-2024 CSS
It is hereby announced that on April 5, 2024, the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties (ELCPH) received a single proposal for the above referenced solicitation. After internal review of the proposal, and finding that the proposal met all the requirements for the solicitation, the Coalition has elected to award the following vendor for the above solicitation on April 15, 2024:

Any person who is adversely affected by the decision shall submit a formal written protest within three (3) business days after this electronic posting of the Notice of Award to the Executive Director of the ELCPH, describing, in detail, the nature of the protest/dispute.

The Executive Director will review the appeal and respond in writing within five (5 business days from the date of receipt of the formal written request. Should the Executive Director require additional time to review the matter, the Offeror shall be advised in writing (electronic and/or by mail) within a five (5) business day period.
