The first is The John and Helen Long Memorial $500 Scholarship designed to acknowledge the importance of a quality education, not just for our children, but for our educators as well. Educators enrolled in an accredited college may apply.

The second is an opportunity to nominate the 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year. Do you know an educator that has demonstrated excellence in school/community involvement, mentoring, collaborating, and or communicating and supporting families? We want to hear about it! Nominate them today!

Winners will be announced during the opening ceremonies of the 16th Annual Early Learning Conference being held on Saturday, November 4th, 2023. Scholarship and Teacher of the Year prizing will be awarded in person at the 17th Annual Release the Potential Early Learning Conference on Saturday, February 24, 2024.
Please email your completed application to Ms. Melissa Hayes, Senior Provider Performance Specialist at m.hayes@elcph.org no later than Monday, October 9th, 2023.
