We are excited to inform you about an important enhancement to our coaching practices at the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando (ELCPH). We are implementing TORSH as a key tool to support and streamline our coaching processes, which will advance teaching practices and improve early childhood outcomes for the children we serve.
As part of this initiative, when providers request coaching support, a Coaching Agreement will outline the use of TORSH and adherence to ELCPH coaching protocols. This agreement ensures a cohesive, consistent coaching practice across all our programs. By accepting this agreement, providers agree to engage with the TORSH platform to enhance communication, receive feedback, and document progress toward their goals.
Using TORSH, we will:
Streamline Coaching Processes: Coaches will efficiently document observations, provide real-time feedback, and communicate through a centralized platform, allowing for more focused and impactful coaching sessions.
Advance Teaching Practices: TORSH enables targeted professional development and reflective practice, helping educators refine instructional strategies and classroom management techniques.
Ensure a Cohesive Coaching Experience: Following ELCPH protocols and utilizing TORSH, we maintain consistency, fostering stronger partnerships between coaches and educators.
Improve Early Childhood Outcomes: A more efficient and effective coaching system empowers educators to better support children’s development, leading to enhanced learning outcomes.
