We would like to remind you that the special needs rate is available for providers serving School Readiness children with a documented special need.
To qualify for this enhanced rate, providers must submit appropriate documentation verifying the child’s diagnosis. This diagnosis must be confirmed by a licensed health, mental health, education, or social service professional who is not the child’s parent or an employee of the childcare provider.
Please submit all documentation via email to m.hayes@elcph.org. Once the documentation has been reviewed, you will be notified regarding approval of the special needs rate.
