The Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties (ELCPH) hereby provides public notice of its intent to contract and purchase services and/or products from Tandem.
ELCPH has determined that Tandem is the only vendor capable of providing the specific services and/or products required to meet the organization’s operational and programmatic needs. These services are essential to supporting ELCPH’s mission to deliver high-quality early learning programs and resources to children, families, and providers throughout Pasco and Hernando Counties.
This notice is posted in accordance with applicable procurement requirements to ensure transparency in the use of public funds.
