Per your SR and/or VPK contract, if the due date for attendance records falls on a holiday, attendance rosters are due on the business day prior to the holiday. Therefore, attendance rosters for the June 2026 reimbursement are due by 11:59 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2026. We’re pleased to share information about Florida’s newly established Child Care Tax Credits Program, effective October 1, 2024. This program provides a tax credit to businesses that:

  • Establish an eligible child care facility for their employees;
  • Operate an eligible child care facility for their employees; or
  • Pay an eligible child care facility in the name and for the benefit of an employee.

How to Apply:

Starting October 1, 2024, taxpayers who wish to participate must apply to the Florida Department of Revenue for a tax credit allocation. You can apply easily by visiting the Department’s multi-tax credit webpage at floridarevenue.com/taxes/multitaxcredits.
