We are fully aware of the recent coverage surrounding the "freeze" on federal assistance programs. However, we want to assure you that, currently, we are continuing to operate as usual. There will be no disruption to the services we provide, and we remain committed to delivering the same level of support and assistance without interruption. Should any new developments arise, we will be sure to reach out to you with any necessary updates.

The Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties is excited to announce that the migration for the Promise Institute is now complete and LIVE!

We are confident that the migration will provide a more efficient and secure online training experience for our educators, families, and our community. Users can now log in and find all their previous courses and past certificates.

While visiting, you may also notice that the site has a new look to it. We are hopeful this will provide ease in differentiating between courses, scholarships, and grant opportunities. If you haven’t completed your “Welcome to Talent” tutorial, you may see this learning module has been updated and available also.

Please take note of the new hyperlinks and be sure to bookmark them for future use.
