Steve Knobl, Ph.D.
Executive Director
Dr. Steve Knobl has been the Executive Director of the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties since late 2017.Dr. Steve Knobl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from University of Central Florida, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from University of South Florida. He recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Education Leadership from Harvard University.He has been an Elementary School Teacher, Middle School and High School Principal, Campus President and Dean at a Private University. Before starting his current position, he was the CEO of the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County. He enjoys teaching and serves as an Adjunct Professor for Nova Southeastern University in their Organizational Leadership Doctoral program.
