Dear Families,
In light of the recent challenges posed by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties (ELCPH) is dedicated to supporting our families during this difficult time. We are pleased to announce that ELCPH will be covering 100% of School Readiness (SR) parent fees for the month of October 2024.
While ELCPH will cover the parent fees, please note that any additional costs or differentials you may be paying to your providers are not included in this coverage. To ensure that families have options, your provider will decide how to handle the return of parent fees. They may choose to either refund your fees for October 2024 or provide you with a credit that can be applied toward the cost of care for November 2024. This includes SR children who attended in October 2024 but are no longer enrolled.
We understand that each family’s situation is unique, and we encourage you to reach out to your providers for clarification on any fee adjustments. They are here to assist you and can provide guidance on the best options available for your specific needs.
