Therefore, attendance rosters for the June 2026 reimbursement are due by 11:59 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2026. Exciting news — as of July 1, ELCPH is partnering with Tandem to bring vetted, state-compliant substitute teachers directly to your center.

Through this partnership, you’ll be able to book qualified substitutes on demand, with Tandem’s service fee fully covered by ELC Pasco-Hernando. You only pay the substitute’s hourly wage.

Tandem is available to all contracted School Readiness and VPK providers in Pasco and Hernando counties, excluding out-of-county providers and school district-operated sites.
