Our SPOTLIGHT on Providers, an annual publication by the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc., serves as a valuable resource for the provider community. It is distributed electronically to all providers and is also accessible on our website at www.elcph.org.
We invite authors to submit practical and informative manuscripts that enhance the knowledge base of our profession. Manuscripts should adhere to the current APA style guidelines (7th edition), ensuring they are typed, double-spaced, with wide margins, and include a cover page with the working title, authors’ full names, degrees, affiliations, and the lead author’s email address.
Published manuscripts address various topics relevant to early childhood professionals, such as emergent curriculum, assessment strategies, effective classroom practices, program administration, family relationships, and public policy affecting early care and education (etc.).
Manuscripts typically range from 1 to 2 pages, including complete references. To expedite the review process, please submit manuscripts as email attachments to Sherri Sabadishin at s.sabadishin@elcph.org with the subject heading “SPOTLIGHT Manuscript.”
Please note that manuscripts submitted in hard copy will not be considered for review. Manuscripts must be ORIGINAL work.
The deadline for March’s Spotlight on Providers is due February 14, 2025.
