The Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc. (ELCPH) has posted a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) for Tandem’s Substitute Workforce and Staffing Infrastructure Suite.
Tandem provides an integrated staffing solution designed specifically for early childhood education programs. The service is intended to help contracted childcare providers address staffing shortages through a vetted substitute workforce, streamlined onboarding, workforce-readiness resources, professional development, and staffing activity tracking.
The proposed service will support staffing stability, strengthen early learning programs, and help providers maintain consistent, high-quality care for children.
